I never really paid much attention to Gourmet Sneakers because I didn’t really feel like they had styles I could wear, but that has definitely changed over the past few months. Either Gourmet made some serious changes to their sneaker line or I just woke up from the deepest of slumbers.
These definitely stopped me in my tracks at work today when I saw them. Whoever came up with the idea to have asymmetrical shoelace panels deserves praise… and a serious raise. Between the paloma (not gray) grain leather, paloma suede upper, and the rubber soles, these sneakers definitely make the cut.
Is paloma an actual color or is this some creative concoction by Gourmet? If it is then excuse my astute lack of knowledge of all my colors. Anyways, let me stop there before I make a fool myself. I just found out these have a pigskin leather insole… I don’t know how I feel about that.
Seeing these scarves just reminded me of how much I’m slacking with my scarf game. I know it’s about to be summer in a little less than two months but watch me still go ahead and get this.
I would usually just get the grey and rock that s**t to death, but I’m tired of not having matching scarves and sneakers. I just sounded like a girl right there but who gives a s**t.

Honestly, this is not even my style but this s**t definitely looks appealing though. I just peeped both of these over at one of my spots (I think I need to stop saying that unless I’m disclosing where I actually saw it.)
The olympic white ones got me with the suede and inner side zip stunt… that’s mad fresh. I don’t think I know what I’d wear with those but I still think they’re fresh.
The dark blue canvas/rubber sneakers are just on some other s**t. I feel like they’re a cross of some Fonzworth Bentley and Taz Arnold s**t. Either way I think they would look fresh with my other pile of sneakers.
For whatever reason, I’m starting to feel like there aren’t any sneakers out there that really appeal to me these days. Another thing might be that I’m looking in all the wrong same places.
Either way I’m feeling these two though.
I’m not exactly sure if Cipher Shoes is a new brand, but I only came acrosss them about 2 months ago, maybe even earlier. Regardless, I think this is a unique sneaker brand, for lack of a better word.
This high top shoe features an all over satin upper with contrasting patent trim; lace up front with a padded tongue and heel; and a silver logo hardware. In English, that means they’re fresh.
I don’t know how I’m gonna pull this one off, but it doesn’t really matter ‘cuz it always works out in the end.
